In update 2.6.0 a new version of the Catacombs was introduced and for each of the eight sections you complete you get Troop Attack (and Defense and Health) boosts, a total of 76% once you completed all 8 sections. In the Brutal Tree there are two Troop Attack projects that can provide a total of 10% (2x5%) Troop Attack. I only have date for lvl 31 available, but expect this is the same for levels 32-35, which would mean a total of 8.4% (4.2% for each, 0.84% per level). Extrapolating this data I estimate a total glory level Troop Attack boost for those two of 73.1% (49.7% Academy, 23.4% Castle) is possible with both buildings at glory level 35.
